Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drilled ("Service"), an online SAT Math practice product operated for educational purposes. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Drilled provides SAT Math–style practice drills, timed section simulations, analytics, a review notebook, and an optional AI tutor. Drilled is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board. SAT® is a registered trademark of College Board.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the billing portal linked from Settings.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Acceptable use

• Use Drilled only for personal educational practice.
• Do not share accounts, scrape content, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or overload our systems or AI tutor.

6. AI tutor

Tutor responses are generated by third-party AI providers and may be imperfect. They are study aids, not guarantees of score outcomes. Do not submit sensitive personal data in tutor chats beyond what is needed for the question at hand.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any SAT score improvement. Practice materials are original or used under applicable rights and are for study only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drilled and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
